1. Services Provided ZentraConnect offers B2B appointment setting, lead generation, and closing support services tailored to coaches, consultants, and service providers.

2. Use of Services

• You must be 18+ to use our services.

• You agree to provide accurate business information when engaging with us.

• You agree not to misuse or copy our content, systems, or intellectual property.

3. Payment & Commissions

• Certain services require a one-time or subscription-based fee, agreed upon in advance.

• DFY Pipeline clients pay 20% commission on successful closed deals.

• All payments are due as outlined in your custom agreement or invoice.

4. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital and performance-based services, we do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated in your custom agreement.

5. Intellectual Property All content, branding, graphics, and systems are owned by ZentraConnect. You may not reproduce or repurpose any part of our materials without written consent.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Results vary depending on market, niche, and offer.

• We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for loss of revenue or client outcomes

7. Termination We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone for any reason, including misuse or breach of terms.

8. Modifications We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which ZentraConnect is based (Pakistan).
